广州 - @RoyWang - 优点：新房小户型，房租便宜，一居 2000 多，两居 3000 多一点缺点：比较偏远，不知道地铁是否拥挤？生活是否便利？除了文冲，还适合去哪里租房呢？PS：目前还在外地，准备去广州工作
