产品的出发点是为了解决用户的痛点需求，其目的是为了给用户创造利益（价值），所以，但凡涉及到这个产品的相关方，开口闭口都能是场景、体验这些高级词汇，但在另外一端容易被忽视，那就是成本问题。如果你只是盯着“用户需求”，搞不好你会因为成本问题而对产品带来致命影响。
