凯莉•罗根(Kerri Rogan)管理着一支16人的团队，其中绝大部分都是男性。团队中有不少人都四五十岁了，专业水平也很高。而罗根身为伦敦地铁可靠性改进方案的负责人，年仅30岁。
罗根说，自己年纪轻轻又是女性，也许让有些人感到了威胁，但她补充道，通过向人们证明她是“来提供帮助的，（她）很快就消除了这种想法”。
