京津冀即将进入史上最严的一轮钢铁限产行动，中央政府、地方政府、钢铁企业均进入备战状态，大气保卫战能否胜券在握？

　　全国钢铁产能43%聚集在京津冀地区，这一地区仅占全国国土面积的2.3%。在即将到来的供暖季，该地区钢铁企业将进入史上最严的限产期。

　　早在今年2月，国家环保部、发改委、财政部、能源局联合北京、天津、河北、山西、山东、河南六省市下发《京津冀及周边地区2017年大气污染防治工作方案》（下称《方案》），其中明确供暖季该地区的河北石家庄、唐山和邯郸，以及河南安阳四个城市实施错峰限停产方案，钢铁产能限产50%。
