3月19日上午消息，海淀法院官网发布案件快报，宋先生称，其从某小贷平台借了一千元逾期没还，被对方非法获取自己的通讯录、恶意辱骂自己及亲友，故宋先生以侵犯名誉权、隐私权为由将小贷公司诉至法院，要求小贷公司立即停止侵权，赔礼道歉，赔偿损失6万元。日前，海淀法院受理了此案。
