3月13日，知名女作家六六在微博发表《无赖京东》一文，指责京东“售假”并“玩弄”客户投诉。随即京东在其京东黑板报公众号发文对此事进行了回应。京东称经过调查取证认为，六六女士的文章中大量引述了关于消费者与京东客服沟通的内容，经过调取录音和其他原始资料发现，内容存在多处严重不实，已经涉嫌夸大编造和诽谤。
