之前描述过，如果需要针对旧的、重要的或敏感的邮件进行长期保存，更或防止用户进行有意的或者无意的进行删除操作，那么可以通过存档邮箱来实现。但是，Office 365的Exchange Online默认并没有为每个邮箱用户都开启存档功能。这个存档功能只能通过管理员针对指定用户进行手动开启，当然如果需要针对用户邮箱关闭存档，则也需要管理员来进行手动操作。对于存档功能的启用或禁用都可以通过Exchange
