【市民抓贼后怕报复外衣罩小偷头致其死亡 属见义勇为不予起诉】市民银先生帮忙抓偷车贼，偷车男子叫喊：“我记得你们了。”银先生担心将来会受到报复，便用小偷的外衣罩住其头部。民警赶到现场时，小偷已被“闷”死。公安机关认为构成过失致人死亡罪，检察机关肯定了银先生的见义勇为行为，作出了不予起诉的决定。
