爱奇艺的上市长跑终于即将到达胜利的终点线。2月28日，爱奇艺向美国证监会（SEC）提交了招股书文件，拟募资15亿美元，在纳斯达克上市，代码为IQ。爱奇艺创立于2010年，最初叫“奇艺”，2011年才更名为爱奇艺。在百度的支持下，爱奇艺在2013年与上海的视频网站PPS合并，市场份额得到迅速提升。目前与腾讯视频和阿里系的优酷，位列中国视频行业前三强。
