盒马鲜生创始人侯毅今日在社交媒体上公开表示，京东运费一涨再涨的根源在于成本问题。他表示，京东是PC时代中心化的物流体系，初期成本高一点，但是体验好，而且随着规模扩大单位成本自然降下来。问题是，集中性的物流一定有个最佳规模的临界点，超过临界点之后效率降低，成本不减反增。
