【工商联提案建议国地税合并 个税起征点提到7000元】全国工商联建议个税起征点从目前的3500元提升至7000元，并提高个人自行纳税申报起征点，由目前12万元再提升至24万元。降低个人所得税最高边际税率。建议从3%～45%降至3%～30%以下。该提案也建议将企业所得税率降至15%～20%，提升企业在全球竞争力。
