For a long time I was looking for a wallet that would suit my idea and meet all my requirements. Minimalist aesthetics, durability, place for coins, cash and cards. I was a little worried that the coins would fall out when I opened the wallet but the worries were unnecessary. Everything works perfectly.
The best wallet I've ever seen. Simple, smart, reliable.
Very pleased with how light and compact it is. Inserted 5/6 coins, 3 cards and two folded banknotes and all looks fine, with space for more. Without knowing and touching, never suspected is a paper wallet. Nobody would tell. Great work.
Very well made. It is small and holds the minimal things that I need to have everyday. I am very happy with this product.
To expand on my earlier review: I use the coin purse for small cash payments. For anything more I use credit cards which I keep in a separate bigger wallet with the larger denominations and other things. I find the purse works best for me “in reverse”. I fold the notes and put them in the coin section and put the coins in the back section under the flap and slide them out when I need it. Very convenient.
I use it as a separate wallet for cash and coins, such as paying for a taxi or shopping in wet markets. I am very forgetful and keeping my credit cards and identity cards in another wallet reduces the chances of these important items getting lost or somehow left behind while I’m fumbling to pay with cash. But because it’s so slim, there is no inconvenient increase in bulk by carrying two wallets. The finish is the top quality I’ve come to expect in Kamino wallets.
Like a work of art. Incredibly made. Very compact and usable. It fits perfectly into any pocket and has aged wonderfully. In the age of less is more, this is more. So, so happy.
Very small, stylish wallet with nice finish and plenty of features. The flap can be a little quirky sometimes but for it works pretty well for the most. Quick access slot is also a plus. Overall it does what it needs to do and im quite happy with it.
This card sleeve really fit my need. It is super compact but functional!
This is the best wallet I've ever had. It has exactly what I need in the slimmest form factor available. The paper is durable and pleasant to hold. I often show it to people who comment on how nice it is.
This wallet is the perfect blend between eco-friendliness, minimalism, and practicality! This wallet is super innovative and waaay ahead of its time. Soon enough, I'm sure other companies will try to follow suit and market a similar design. It's also a great conversation starter when people ask me about my wallet, especially since there's nothing like this wallet in America. It took me a while to find the perfect wallet since I was looking for a slim wallet that could hold a lot of cards AND a coin pouch -- which Kan seemed to have the solution for. Compared to other businesses, I really appreciate how Kan is attentive to feedback and customer service; you can tell he really cares about this business. In terms of feedback, I think it'd be really cool to have customization options (e.g. engraving initials). (You could also try marketing this business on Etsy! I'm sure you'll get more customers that way)
I'm so glad I bought this wallet. Did take almost 2 months to get to Canada but that was during the height of the pandemic. It was well worth the wait. Very well made; extremely light weight and compact, but roomy enough to hold 5 cards and a few bills. Easily disinfectable. I've sprayed it down countless times with disinfectant sprays and it held up perfectly. Highly recommend!
very good wallet slim durable and compact gets a nice patina after time and has a great coin compartment
After looking several slim wallets, I bought this one as a substitute of my elephant wallet. Never thought of looking for wallets from Japan :D
The wallet is very small, fits folded notes and some coins. The quick slot can handle even 2 cards, the material will get a bit loose.
Already 3 months and really happy with it. People usually ask to feel the paper or ask if it's waterproof
Honestly, I can't fault this wallet! It's small, compact and has just enough room to fit everything I need. The craftsmanship is awesome, and to know that it's handmade makes it special. For an environmentally friendly material like paper it's actually really strong too. I've had it for a while now and it still seems new. Great service too, Kan replied to my emails quickly and helped me out with all my questions.
