《红海行动》3月1日起在香港一刀不剪以三级上映，理由是本片「有非常强烈的暴力场面、战场上非常血腥的受伤描绘及偶有粗俗语言」。这是首部在香港以三级作商业发行的中国大陆电影。根据香港法例，第III级电影不能售票予18岁或以下人士进入电影院观看，法例容许验票员检查入场者的身份证。
