健康 - @pheyer - 以前不太注意，不用坐垫，久坐加喝水少动得少，久而久之导致了坐久了屁股痛，不舒服，腰椎虽也有些感觉但觉得还好，去医院查了一下说不是坐骨神经痛，说位置不对，另外两腿都不痛，核磁拍片的结果是腰椎有异但不是很
