独联体下属机构国际航空委员会13日发布公报说，11日失事的安-148型客机坠毁原因可能是空速管结冰。国际航空委员会的调查人员在分析了失事客机黑匣子记录的飞行数据后认为，飞机上负责监测并传送大气数据的空速管在空中结冰，使飞行员获得错误航速信息，进而引发一连串“特殊情况”导致飞机失事。空速管原本配有加热系统，但被异常关闭。
