虽然英特尔为了对应 Spectre 和 Meltdown 漏洞的问题，推出了各种亡羊补牢的措施，但似乎不少人都因为已经造成的伤害而大感不满。单在美国，自一月以来就开始有针对英特尔芯片问题而发起的集体诉讼，至今已经累积达 30 宗来自消费者，2 宗来自证券商，他们的主要论点都在指控英特尔违反他们对于产品安全上的承诺。
