一个诈骗团伙，上网发布专门针对北京地区的虚假房屋租赁信息，通过预付押金或租金的方式骗取他人钱款，钱到手后立即消失。近期，石景山警方南下湖南邵阳地区，一举打掉一个利用虚假房屋租赁信息实施诈骗的犯罪团伙，抓获犯罪嫌疑人5名。目前，警方已初步核实
