程序员 - @wvc - 一直以来我个人把燃放烟花爆竹视为传统陋习和糟粕，因为他制造噪音，污染环境，会惊吓到人，有安全隐患等缺点，优点我是一个都没有想到。因此我认为鞭炮应该取缔，烟花只能再重大节日和活动中管控燃放。各位怎么看？
