在云九资本合伙人王京看来，目前共享单车的格局已经明显，越来越多的非头部企业关门、倒闭，摩拜和ofo其实也存在着一定的困境，现在共享单车正处于最危险的时刻。共享经济热潮持续在减退，宣布退场的玩家接连出现。至于曾经占据了大街小巷的众多单车们，瞬间成为了无主的“孤儿”，市民既无法使用，也没人将它们抬走。久而久之，有些地方出现了“僵尸单车”堆积成山的“壮观场景”。
