据Engadget报道，谷歌和HTC在北京时间1月30日宣布，双方的11亿美元交易已经完成。交易细节是，HTC的原Pixel设计团队（大约2000人）加入谷歌，同时双方还有一些专利合作。当然，HTC强调，此次交易不会影响他们推出自有品牌的产品。外界传言，HTC有望在2018年春季推出骁龙845旗舰U12，搭载4K显示屏。
