不少人因为移动数据用量所限，都会善用公共 Wi-Fi 热点，所以速度都没有保证。在更新后的 Android 8.1 Oero 就会针对这现象，给使用者一个选择的余地。谷歌将会让使用者在连上 Wi-Fi 热点前先提供该连线的网络评分（但却不会提供实际的传输速度），来让使用者有心理准备。
