腾讯科技讯 1月18日，据法国媒体《回声报》报道，家乐福提议将中国业务出售给欧尚、阿里巴巴。
早在2015年5月，家乐福正式与阿里巴巴展开合作，当时成都、沈阳、武汉等地的家乐福超市宣布支持支付宝使用。
家乐福数年来一直试图强化在中国的业务，但面对本土业者和活跃线上市场的竞争，家乐福去年第三季度营收下降5.4%。
去年年底，有分析师表示，线下和线上合并也是一个选择，就像沃尔玛和京东、欧尚和阿里巴巴最近达成的协议那样。如果不能迅速达成这种合作关系，家乐福则可能决定出售中国资产。
