风投Benchmark抛售9亿美元Uber股票 软银接手

PingWest品玩1月6日报道，据美国财经新闻网站CNBC报道，据消息人士称，面对软银集团收购旧股票，基准资本原定准备转让自身持有的四分之一Uber股票。然而，愿意转让Uber股票的股东和员工实在是太多。随后软银和Uber达成一个协议，卡兰尼克以及基准资本等股东只能转让原定转让股票的58%。这样，基准资本实际能够转让的股票，占到了自身持有股票数量的14.5%。
按照竞标的收购价格，基准资本此次套现能够获得大约9亿美元。在交易之前，基准资本持有Uber公司13%的股权，是最大股东。该公司也是Uber支持力度最大的股东，早在2011年就参加了Uber的A轮融资。
基准资本此次转让旧股票之后，该公司对于Uber的影响力将会明显下降，另外其保留了一部分股权。按照Uber管理层计划，其将在2019年上市，因此基准资本还有一次获得丰厚投资回报的机会。
