程序员 - @PowerRocker - 如题， 创业公司工作一年多，现在公司基本没人了，前几天被通知要被辞退，和老板谈了赔偿的事情，老板说按法律应该赔一个半月，但是他只愿赔一个月工资。求助各位怎么才能保证最大利益？
