过去苹果为了确保 app 的品质，是禁止通过使用范本和其他 app 制作服务而生成的 app 上架 App Store。不过这样的态度却在今天出现 180 度的扭转，苹果在更新后的政策条文中表示，他们有条件地容许一些以范本制作的 app 上架。这表示资源较少的新手开发者和小企业都可以推出自己的 iOS app 了。
