为了避免今年出现亏损，粤传媒决定卖掉香榭丽，对价仅1元钱。三年前，粤传媒豪掷4.5亿元收购香榭丽，布局全媒体。香榭丽日后曝出伪造合同，虚增应收账款，公司实际亏损严重，将粤传媒也拖入财务黑洞。

　　9月25日晚，广东广州日报传媒股份有限公司（ 002181.SZ ，下称粤传媒）发布公告称：拟1元转让其持有的上海香榭丽广告传媒有限公司（下称香榭丽）98.61%的股权，受让方是广州同乐投资有限责任公司（下称同乐投资）。
