此项收购将巩固ABB全球第二的电气设备供应商地位，扩大在北美市场的占有率；出售彰显出GE新任CEO剥离非核心业务资产，向数字化工业公司转型的决心

　　【财新网】（记者 孙文婧）GE寻售多时的工业解决方案业务终于花落有主。当地时间9月25日，瑞士电气巨头ABB宣布以26亿美元收购竞争对手GE公司的工业解决方案部门（GE Industrial Solutions），交易预计将于一年内完成。

　　ABB称，收购完成后，GE的工业解决方案部门将被整合进入ABB的电气产品部门（Electrification Products division），并接入ABB的数字化解决方案平台ABB AbilityTM。该业务可在长期内沿用GE的品牌。ABB将保留GE工业解决方案部门的管理团队和销售渠道。
