普通开发该怎么努力才能在互联网行业长久"活"下去？

大概情况：30 岁已婚有小孩无贷款，普本，Java ，算中厂吧，业务偏内部系统没有市场竞争，想提升或者说想让自己尽量不被市场淘汰。
想法：
1 、苟住，技术上多看看源码，往深去学。平时多学学英语，后面尝试找一下外企机会
2 、跳槽（换一个业务方向，毕竟选择比努力更重要）
3 、转方向（转 go：并没有应用场景，从零开始。转区块链：面向监狱编程（可能是大多数人的观点））
4 、考公
5 、...
