A calm company's purpose is to provide exceptional service to customers while simultaneously improving the lives of the people who work there.
I love this, and it’s good to be reminded that there are many companies out there that don’t have pressure to grow infinitely. I understand there are reasons, but Apple brought in $1.3 billion per day last quarter and investors are asking, “how do they grow 20% next year?”
