第一次知道，原来 BOSS 平台，求职者沟通岗位的时候会把求职者简历中各种写的不好的点特意标注出来提示给招聘>方，比如你过往中有空档期，BOSS 系统会特意把每段空档期都标注提示出来，只要你不是无缝衔接。
所以从招聘者角度看来，这个求职者简历一堆红点提示，就会明显显示这个求职者简历一堆问题或者简历经历不好 >那么招聘者就会觉得这个求职者不好，从而不继续沟通，形成所谓的已读未回，更不要想着要你简历了
一个认识的 HR 说沟通的时候，看在线简历，系统上一堆提示点提示招聘方这人简历不行
在朋友圈看到有人发上面的话，真的假的啊？
