柔宇科技破产审查一事有了新进展。4月23日，该案于深圳市中级人民法院举行听证会，除了申请破产审查的柔宇员工一方外，柔宇科技创始人刘自鸿及其律师等也出席了该听证会。此次破产审查申请由被欠薪的部分柔宇科技员工（包括在职与离职）提出，共有300余人参与，且还有员工在陆续加入。据员工方统计，他们共被拖欠工资约6000万元，加上公司此前承诺的股权等合计上亿元。其中被拖欠工资时间最长的17个月，平均被拖欠15个月左右。
