Hello,
It's interesting to configure SAP GUI via registry keys, you can take a look into the SAP GUI Administration Guide to find out which configuration corresponds to each registry value.
Once you find this information, there are several ways to set reg keys for end-users, such a couple are:
- Creating an Installation Package via SAPSetup and writing Event Scripts that manipulate the desired registry keys for the given end-users, you can find more information through https://help.sap.com/doc/2e5792a2569b403da415080f35f8bbf6/800.06/en-US/sap_frontend_inst_guide.pdf
- Using Microsoft products which alter registry keys for multiple users in the same Network.
