有没有其他人遇到过这样的问题？
具体表现为：
1. Face ID 解锁无效，只能用密码解锁；
2. 解锁后，支付宝面容支付失效；
3. 多次 Face ID 解锁失败后，触发“失窃设备保护提示”；
4. 故障后，也无法设置新的面容。
重启可以解决，平均 1 周遇到一次，已经有 3-4 次了。
是软件 bug 还是硬件故障？
