Hi Ruisa! Thanks for sharing your question. As a supplier on Ariba, the companies can request assistance over the phone or e-mail. They just need to follow the steps described below.
- Access supplier.ariba.com
- Click on the “?” icon, at the top right corner
- Select “Support”
- Select “Contact us”
- Select “Register on SAP Business Network”
- Select “Something else”
- Select any of the options
- Select “Create a Case”
- Fill the form to request assistance by phone or email.
