凤凰网科技讯(作者/王晓斌) 4月18日，16日一则《阿里巴巴淘天集团职场霸凌全记录》长文在网络上流传。一名自称为阿里资产的员工表示，从2018年12月10日入职起，经历长达五年不公正待遇，涉及“‘背刺’、职场性骚扰、肢体霸凌和言语霸凌”。
4月18日，阿里拍卖前员工（澜悠）小作文事件，关键当事人、其下属灵璨在朋友圈实名发文指澜悠管理粗暴，霸凌下属，团队八位同事被其霸凌转岗离职；打压团队内正常谈恋爱的同事，自己却与某部门负责人保持不正当关系；诬陷另一部门同事，致其不能正常工作；被举报后不理睬公司问询，请病假到境外旅游。
