Western Digital 更新 WD Red Pro 系列硬碟，新增 24TB 容量選項

Western Digital 進一步擴大 24TB 硬碟產品線，適合 NAS 等大量儲存應用的 WD Red Pro 系列，現在也開始提供 24TB 選項。

在此之前，Western Digital 於 2023 年 11 月中旬，更新 Ultrastar DC HC580 和 WD Gold 產品線，提供基於 CMR 設計的 24TB 硬碟產品。現在輪到 WD Red Pro 系列也進行更新，本質結構設計和先前 22TB 版本相仿，CMR 碟片密度提高同樣塞好塞好，借助氦氣填充封裝來抑制運轉溫度等問題。

WD Red Pro 系列配備 7,200RPM 主軸馬達、512MB 快取記憶體，設計上包含旋轉 / 多軸震動感測器、自動補償、NASware 技術等配套措施，最高連續傳輸速度達 287MB/s。其餘如配備 OptiNAND 技術（自 20TB 容量版本開始）、 250 萬小時 MTBF、工作負載率 550TB / 年、5 年有限保固服務等，諸如此類規格設定依舊。
