Finding the right image or photo for your website is hard. What if you always had the perfect images without even having to look for them?

👋I’m Josh, one of the makers of Coframe, the team behind Living Images. A few months ago, we launched our first “self-improving” product, for website copy, on ProductHunt. Since then, we’ve had thousands of people sign up and have seen an average conversion rate lift of over 10% across all of the experiments on Coframe.

Now, we’re excited to announce a similar product for images: Living Images.

The way it works is simple: you add your website, select an image, and let Coframe generate variations of the image based on an analysis of your product, audience, and brand. This makes “Image A” and “Image B” of an A/B test. Eventually, we learn which image performed better, and based on this new knowledge, our custom AI model can generate a new variation to try, which you can either manually approve or auto-approve. This process repeats over and over, the AI model learns more and more, and your metrics get better and better. 🚀

You can get started in just a few minutes. All you need to do is set up your image and variant in the site, then integrate our script (or URL + API, if you’re a developer) into your website, and we’ll send you emails keeping you updated on how the performance is looking.

We’re excited to see how living images can make a difference in your business and metrics. Let us know what you think in the comments, and what you think we should build next!

@joshpxyne Absolutely Amazing product, Josh! Congratulations 🎉 Do you plan also to add video format?
@joshpxyne So amazing!! Having a lot of fun playing around with this :) Congratulations to you and the rest of team Coframe! Excited for what's to come.

Living images have got to be one of the most creative and brilliant applications of AI that I've seen, and I've seen a lot!

Question - does Coframe run A/B experiment on multiple images on the same webpage at the same time? If so, is there a problem of contamination?

Congrats on the launch @joshpxyne 🚀

You love to see such a great product and idea ❤️

@jgani Thank you so much Jonni! We're super excited for it too :)

To your question, yes it does if you implement multiple living images on the same page. Randomization happens independently but it will indeed take longer to reach statistical significance (or, you'll generally be less confident).

Keep an eye out for our v2 of the entire product - some very relevant stuff happening there ;)

This is a very creative product! However, I have a question: Does it really provide any practical benefits for the product?
@bonvisions Thank you Bon! Yes - for website / business owners, the right image is quite important for driving conversions and business value. This finds the right one by trying many out. Without AI, it'd be very expensive to try as many out!

I haven't been impressed by a product launch like this since a long time. Then I saw that @joshpxyne is the maker and everything made sense. This is a heaven of a product. I've just tried with a couple of images using suggested prompt and the results were beyond expectations, cosidering the problems we all still face with image AI generation. Coframe's AI description of my images was spot on, and the suggested prompt produced really satisfactory results. And this is just for the generation aspect.

I haven't given the go to the A/B testing yet, but I have read the documentation, and it seems very well thought. I like it that images keep being served according to IP first visit to keep stats consistency. For now one has to make a manual post request in order to start tracking, but automated script seems to be incoming. I hope as an option and not as a replacement because a manual starter can be preferred by many who don't want to add another script to their website source code.

Being able to a/b testing some crucial imagery with AI-generated state-of-the-art alternatives is a game changer and a breath of fresh air in the powered by AI applications scenario. Speaking price, the free plan is probably enough for most just bootstrapped products, and they paid plans are totally affordable.

I keep not being sure why or where reviews are gone from PH, but this is a FAT 5 STARS, for me.

@fabiosalvadori Wow let's go - thank you so much, Fabio! We're super excited about what AI is going to be able to do to help businesses grow :) If you need any hand getting set up, you know where to reach me!
