这才三月份，室内温度 25 度左右，15 pro max 一刷抖音左上角背部就发热严重，大家有什么好的降温办法么？

IG 的 reels ，还有 YT 的 shorts 都很正常不会发热，单独抖音出现这个问题所以好奇。
