EduVelocity Interview Experience for a consultant

I went for an interview, at my college from where I did my graduation. The interview session was conducted by the placement cell of our college, but before starting my interview experience I should give my brief intro, I have completed my Bachelor’s in Zoology(Hons.) from ZHDC, University of Delhi.

The company for which Ihave given my interview was “eduVelocity”, my overall experience with that interview was very nice and interactive, there were 3 ladies who were interviewing me, as I did my graduation from Zoology(Hons.) background so, they were questioning me accordingly. Some people might not relate to this but here I’m mentioning certain points which are common in all interviews:

  1. First of all, if you’re going for an interview you should be dressed nicely, formally with a combination of black and white.
  2. You should be very humble throughout the interview, as it creates a very good impression of yourself on the interviewer.
  3. You should not play with the question, your answer to their question should be direct, or in case you don’t know the correct answer rather than turning around the answer, say sorry I don’t know.
  4. Have a smile on your face and in your voice whenever you’re answering some question, in case your answer is not correct or you don’t know the answer, the smile and politeness on your face will have a good impact on the interviewer and it will not bother him or her that much, but obviously, you have to study your course thoroughly and should have knowledge about it before sitting for an interview.
  5. Last but not least, always try to turn around the topics of their questions to the topics you have read or prepared thoroughly so that the interviewer will ask you questions with those topics and you will be able to answer those questions nicely.
