What we like
Lots of integrations for ingesting alert triggers. Built-in notifications for email, SMS, phone, mobile app. On-call management, scheduling, escalations. In-bound phone option to route to on-call responder. Slack & Teams ChatOps. Create hosted status pages with custom domains.
What we don't like
Status page can be set to dark mode, but the main UI cannot.
