果粉曝苹果Vision Pro玻璃开裂：没有跌落 维修要5000多元
快科技2月23日消息，据媒体报道，少数Vision Pro用户称，他们的头显设备前玻璃盖板开裂，该用户强调，头显设备没有跌落，不存在使用不当。
根据晒出的照片，玻璃开裂的位置大约在Vision Pro中央，这个位置恰好在佩戴者的鼻梁上方。
该用户称，他们联系苹果客服后，被告知要付费维修，因为目前苹果并未将玻璃开裂定性为制造缺陷。
据了解，如果用户购买了AppleCare+服务，Vision Pro玻璃盖板维修费用是300美元，如果没有购买AppleCare+，维修费用是800美元（约合人民币5800元）。
值得注意的是，目前出现开裂的Vision Pro数量不多，不是一个普遍存在的问题。
对用户而言，购买Vision Pro时最好同时下单AppleCare+服务，毕竟这款设备售价不便宜，起步价格达到了3499美元，约合人民币2.5万元。
