Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"I've love to know if others have seen this drift happen when their companies move from the startup to the scale-up phase, if their departments get more and more silo'd.

And whether your approach is becoming less and less joined-up because of it ?"

Hi, I'm Chris. My co-founder Rob and I have worked in B2B SaaS businesses for a long time, and we see the same story over and over.

We've seen that early on (<20 employees) everyone's really connected to the customer, the sales effort, the marketing campaigns, the product and the service, and everyone works everywhere.

But when companies grow rapidly post-funding, separate departments are created, accidentally pushing teams apart. People communicate with other teams via management and quarterly summits, they don't have access to customers in the way they once did, and they rely more and more on assumptions and guesses about what customers and prospects want.

We're building a system that brings these teams back together. Our product (Four/Four) democratises access to what customers and prospects are saying and allows anyone in the business to do their own analysis. Superautomatically.

I'm looking for entrepreneurial people in sales, product and marketing, who want to explore the data themselves and draw new and exciting conclusions about how to sell, where to market and what product roadmap to build. Is that you?
