I have an Requirement to Insert the AR Invoice Data to a Table When an AR Invoice is added manually/through DI API in sap b1. How to handle this.

Please share more details about the scenario, it is possible to trigger another event by DIAPI based on existing event e.g. when AR invoice is added, specific data should be inserted in a user-defined table.

Not possible you need to cancel the A/R invoice and create a new version of the A/R invoice.
