原因是亲戚给我介绍了个工作，（类似销售）需要线上交流，加 V 去介绍产品，可是，平常陌生人给我打电话我不敢接，让我去干这种工作（还不说售后各种事情）不如让我去死

“社恐”是个很坑人的词，把胆小，怕犯错，害羞等等一系列性格特点综合成一个词，然后大家一起抱团取暖，久而久之觉得心安理得而不去尝试改变。对于你的问题，你不是不喜欢，你就是害怕，没人不喜欢能拥有自信的和陌生人侃侃而谈的能力吧。借用《功夫》中星爷的一句话，“累？糊口啊大哥！”。把自己当成死猪往前拱就是了，你会发现你担心的丢脸丢人啥的都不是事，因为啊，其实根本就没人在乎，慢慢的就练出来了
