工作浑浑噩噩，对未来的生活感到迷茫，希望一些启发。

我本科毕业半年了，工作是消费电子的硬件。现在每天工作主要就是做一些杂活，比如测试样机，替换物料和修样机之类的，感觉不清楚怎么从工作中获得成长。工作时间很长，基本上是早九晚九，加上通勤也要近两个小时，每天总感觉莫名的疲惫。自学又缺乏动力和方向。感觉这么下去我的能力不仅难以得到提升还会下降。
我的同学大部分都还在读书，同事中本科学历的人也较少。我对我的学历也很担心。
感觉自己既没能力又没学历，迫切的需要改变却又缺乏自制力。
有同学建议我辞职考研，但我又感觉这样风险较高且收益不确定，难以下决心。
