在16岁以上的德国人中有5%的人拥有VR头显，即370万人；有470万（7%）的人计划购买，还有21%的人表示对该技术感兴趣。
关于VR设备的期望，从高到低分别为：显示质量（67%）、舒适度（58%）、购置成本（52%）、内容生态（48%）、设计（17%）。
对于头显用户而言，观影以及游戏是最感兴趣的使用场景，占比分别为88%与87%。紧接着，分别是VR学习/培训（84%）、VR音乐会/活动（83%）、网上购物（74%）、虚拟会议（59%）。
