SourseAI makes Melon Mobile more data driven

Decision intelligence platform SourseAI has partnered with South African mobile network Melon Mobile to improve its mobile capabilities.

Along improving Melon Mobile’s in-app features, eSIM capabilities, and personalised monthly plans, the partnership will help Melon with:
- Leveraging AI to understand customer behaviour and trends.
- Optimising revenue and costs
- Melon Mobile will incorporate data science to create a more personalised mobile experience for every client.
- Boosting customer acquisition and retention

Melon Mobile will leverage SourseAI’s AI capabilities to scrutinise data sets and make data-led decisions that foster an understanding of the business.
