ASML韩国研发中心2027年引入 High-NA EUV光刻机
ASML韩国公司总裁Lee Woo kyung近期透露，ASML与三星电子的合资研发中心预计将最迟在2027年引入 High-NA 光刻机。
三星电子和ASML去年签署协议，各自出资1万亿韩元（约54亿元人民币）在韩国设立联合研发中心。此中心将为双方工程师提供EUV设备进行先进半导体研究合作。
对于该研发中心建设进展，Lee Woo kyung称：“我们在ASML韩国华城园区附近找到新址，明年动工。完工后拟引进 High-NA 设备，最晚2027年完成。”此次ASML韩国首次透露出研发中心具体选址和引入 High-NA 设备的时间表。
High-NA EUV 光刻机能实现2纳米以下工艺，使各大厂商争夺其产能。去年12月消息，英特尔已收到ASML交付的首台这种设备。
三星电子已表示2027年计划生产1.4纳米工艺品。
