半个月之前打过 110 ，做了半小时的笔录，还送去一些材料，邻居停机 2 周，最近 2 天又开始生产，我想着年后再联系他们，打电话通知我，要终止调查，他问了邻居和其他部门，说反应没问题，但又拒绝回答我的细节，只是说了这事儿不归他们管。
