x.400 connection support in SAP Integration Suite for B2B transaction

Is x.400 connectivity with trading partner for EDI transactions supported by SAP Integration Suite? Trading partner wants to use x.400 connectivity(mailbox) with CPI instead of moving to AS2. Please let me know if that is possible in SAP CPI.
